Aucma Stand Mixer,6.5-QT 660W 6-Speed Tilt-Head Food Mixer, Kitchen Electric Mixer with Dough Hook, Wire Whip & Beater (6.5QT, Silver)

I am changing toward veggies diet so I need lot and lot of seitan, bread and pasta.That meansa lot of kneading.Kneading shows true power of the any mixer.Ibought the Halmilton Beach originally but disliked the Ckneading hook and small 4 quart bowl.The Aucma does not cost that much more but has 6.5 quarts bowl, high power and Skneading hook.Well since I got this in less than a week I had made many seitan, Chinese noodle which require a lot of kneading and somemixing.Works greatexcept one thing.The kneading hook does not have the round plate near attachment. That means flour travels up there and makes amess which requires cleaning.My solution is to make a smaller dough and that seems to solve the issue.What more do you need if you only care about kneading, mixing and stirring which this mixer can do easily as good as the more expensive Kitchen Aid?In my case i need to make pasta and Chinese noodles.My solution is to buy the hand crankpasta maker which i did.Nothing beats home made pasta and noodle.Socheap and easy to make with the mixer and the pasta maker!!!!!Everyone wants the Kitchen Aidwhich is heavy and pricey.Sure it is a standard that other mixers follows.I can buy 3 other mixers for one Kitchen Aid which work just fine for my need and I am a heavy user.The majority of people out there is not heavy user.If you care to show off then buy the Kitchen Aid.If you care about practicality, affordability and sensiblethis Aucma serves well.Works for me.It is a keeper.Longevity is not an issue because i can buy 3 Aucma for one K.Aid.At the beginning I was struggling to decidebut with Amazon great return policy why not try out then find out.My main intention to buy the mixer is that i do not want to knead flour by hand and i know if it works great for kneading then everything else is a piece of cake for the mixer.Kneading puts a lot of stress on the mixer. It requires power, good S kneading hook and quality machineto run.I see those with the Aucma so this works for me.Do not afraid to try different brand because if you don't try you will never know.Imade a right choice NOT to go with K.Aid.

We don't grind meat or use kitchen aid attachments,so this was a great choice.Does not creak and moan and warp the entire mixer like the cheap kitchen aid does while kneading dough.It's been durable,quiet, and does not smell like it's going to burn up like the wal mart kitchen aid models. Price was great.Bowl locks on great.Attachments work like they should.It's a bit faster than other mixers, but it causes us no issues. I recommend it.

My daughter who is an amazing cook asked me for one of these mixers for Christmas while she was in Med School. She lived at home so she decompressed by baking! She would make fabulous desserts with this Aucma Mixer. When she graduated and moved she took her mixer, so I decided to buy myself this exact one! Since I am a horrible baker, I thought let's see what I can do. This mixer is Amazing!!! It is so easy to use, easy to clean, the different colors you can get are gorgeous!I now cannot live without my Aucma Stand Mixer,6.5-QT 660W 6-Speed Tilt-Head Food Mixer, Kitchen Electric Mixer!Seriously with this mixer anyone can become a pro!!!
