18-12-2024This couch is extremely misleading when it says easy assembly. Out of 5 boxes, the directions were hidden under cardboard in one box. The cushions to all the seats are vacuum sealed and mushed under the main seat with wooden bars holding them in. It is very hard for a petite woman to undo this. Especially when you don’t find the directions until the third box!The cushions on the backs are small and will wither I’m sure. I added pillows to make it more comfortable. The ottoman is actually the best piece. Would return if I didn’t have to disassemble and figure out how to get to the shipping place myself.

18-12-2024Very comfortable with a smart design and solid construction. I can see the sofa lasting 10 years. The fabric feels very durable yet soft at the same time. My 55 pound dog has already been crawling and sleeping on it and I can tell I don't have to worry.It is lower backed sofa, which is super comfortable with the ottoman almost laying down. The only thing I would critique is I wish the back cushions were 3" taller and a little thicker. It would be perfect.Great customer service as well. Had a problem with shipping due to an error by FedEx and they made me happy very quickly.4.7/5. Would buy again.

18-12-2024Arrived fast, easy to assemble, great toppings for configurations, looks pretty good…BUT -it’s uncomfortable. The back cushions are inadequate and don’t provide any support. When seated between edges of each unit the frame is your primary support. Was pretty excited to find a sectional that can fit through a small doorway, but overall disappointed in the comfort.
