I ordered the couch on 4/9 and received it on 4/22, so there was a bit of a delay, which was communicated and not an issue for me. All three packages came together by UPS and arrived in good condition with everything in the boxes and presented as expected. It was easy to put together in about an hour if you are focused and following the instructions, which are clear for the most part. The couch is actually more than I expected it to be, so that was a good surprise! Its a nice size couch, not "dollhouse furniture" like other couch reviews I've seen, but not "big comfy couch" size for huge spaces either. It is a firmer type of couch, which I like. Its for sitting ??‍♀️... its not for a good nights sleep or a couch potato type personality lol, which I don't plan to do or want anyone doing on my livingroom couch anyway! The height is great with the legs added on and the cushions/pillows came in firm, not needing fluff time at all. I am thoroughly satisfied with this item...for now, as I can't speak to its longevity just yet. I feel like it will be worth the price even if its not a forever couch. I recommend this item. ???
