26-08-2024If you can get a truly unlocked one it is a great phone. For the price it is better than most. Lots of cheap phones are not even usable. This on works fine and is good quality.

26-08-2024Let me start by saying if I could give this purchase negative stars, I would. I bought the phone under the impression it is unlocked and it said is compatible with assurance wireless phones. It is not. Only ATT prepaid phones. It has a device unlock app on it and it said it's not eligible to unlock. Something about it being stolen or it was not finished being paid off. I don't know how to print the return label off my phone to take to UPS and because of surgery bc of being sexually assaulted, I can't drive, and am afraid to leave my home. I am now stuck with a phone I can't use. Now I had to buy a brand new phone though my phone company over the phone and bc they were out of this particular one, I had to upgrade to a 700$ phone. There went my savings, all bc of false advertising. I used to love Amazon. I've never been scammed to or lied to on here. But now I have. Buyer beware. Especially off this person or company.
