30-12-2024I received the toy in the time that Amazon promised.But the item is defective and the website only acknowledges they received your email.I attempted to reach out to the website twice with no response.Trust and believe I have more to do with my time than make faulty claims.I should've known better when the item had a built in battery.But I would think a company would make things right.I'd be happy to send it back as it never touched anything but my hand and doesn't work anyway.I'd give a zero star if I could.

30-12-2024Never thought somthing would outshine the old massager of the same brand that was just an air pulsing and vibrator. I had two of them and after several years they both died. I was very sad cuz others wernt doing it for me cuz they were either to hard or not strong enough. But this is great its very simple and very very soft to the skin and hair. Doesn't tug or pull on anything while down there and I love love love the yellow color. The shape is also very pleasing in the hand. And there's actually a lot of different modes tho I don't switch through often. I love it
