I've had the phone for around a month now. I usually buy midrange phone from the store and call it a day. This time, I wanted a decent camera for all the pictures I take while out hiking or seeing family and friends. Capture the memories, you know? So anyway, here are my pros and cons.PROS:Phone speedCamera qualityScreen sizeSimple set-upCons:Sometimes the fingerprint scanner can be testyOn the rare occasion it has a hard time finding a network connection. One thing to note when I first got the phone, taking into consideration how it's an unlocked former AT&T phone and I have t-mobile, it was difficult getting it to find any network at all. I had to find a troubleshooting guide off of t-mobile's support website to figure it out. Once I had a network connection established for the first time, I haven't had any problems with it since except for one time when I had to restart my phone. It's amazing overall! I truly feel like I got my money's worth and then some. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a quality midrange phone.
This was to replace my wife's phone she had for a few years now. Unfortunately even though everything looked as it was in perfect working order, one of the main features that she uses was nothing but a complete failure. Which overall makes this a worthless purchase for me. Due to hearing difficulty my wife has to have speakerphone during any call you takes or makes. From the very beginning the speakerphone has not worked. Unfortunately for me not having a phone for my wife to use in an emergency is far worse than having to go through the painful process of trying to get a new phone, transfer all the downloads, apps, pictures, and all other information from this phone to yet another new phone. Definitely will not be purchasing electronics like this from this seller or Amazon ever again. You would think Amazon controls who can sell worthless products on their site but I guess not.
