Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, US Version, 256GB, Phantom Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

I bought this phone for family living in Belize. It came in perfect condition, no scratches or dents. It arrived in Belize and all we had to do was insert a SIM card. If you plan to travel or have family in other countries, this is a perfect phone to have or send for them.

I had bought 2 S21s from Ebay with terrible experiences (from the seller, Ebay itself was fine and refunded me money). 1st was "NEW" and had a malfunctioning touch screen. 2nd was "refurbished" and couldn't power on nor charge. The first one wouldn't give me my money back since it had completely stopped responding to touch and I had to return it was still locked by my google account. Wasn't really anything I could do because they lied and did not sell a new phone and it was defective. Anyway this Amazon one works great! It 2 very very very tiny nicks on the screen. So small I couldn't even see them unless I have the screen off and shine a bright light on it. Practically invisible after putting a screen protector on.

The phone works great except there is something wrong with the screen or something. When I try to use the keyboard several of the letters won't type. Disappointing because otherwise, I'd love it but it's no good to me if it doesn't work properly :(
