26-08-2024apart from all the features that you would normally get with the S21, nice camera, awesome screen, powerful chipset, 8 gigs of RAM, this phone actually fits IN your pocket and doesn't stick OUT of your back pocket ready to fall out at a moment's notice. you can see the screen in the Sun. it's not a pocket warmer and the battery actually lasts all day. it doesn't cost $1,000. you know, sensible stuff.I rolled the dice with a refurb and got one without a scratch on it. get a light flexible clear protector and you're good to go.

26-08-2024got mine before it said it was gonna come which was a suprise. as for the quality, no scratches, dents, marks, or anything, smooth UI, nothing wrong ive found since using it, only thing i havent checked is battery life but it takes being on my phone the whole day for my battery to get close to 20%, overall, best 300 bucks of my life

26-08-2024Do not buy a phone from this seller.They advertise the phones are unlocked, but they ARE NOT.They know they have this issue since they include directions on how to fix it.They tell you to connect to wi fi and download current OS.They specifically say they know this happens, but this will cure it.Well, it doesn't cure it.The SIM will work for about two minutes and then it locks back up. Since I was porting my number, this has left me without a phone.It took me hours this afternoon to port the number and get everything set up at ATT, then the phone doesn't work.I have emailed the seller several times with no response.Since I don't have a phone, I can't call them.Very disappointed.I have never written a review before, good or bad.I will spread the word about this seller.Shame on them for selling something they know has issues.
