Velvet Loveseat Futon Convertible Sofa Bed for Living Room and Couch for Bedroom Sofabed Sleeper, 75.5'', Red

So after having this for 5 months in the box and putting it together 2 months ago the 2 of the legs have fallen off of the loveseat. Two people have sat on it twice and they were on it for less than 10 minutes. This was purchased for my office and I am totally disappointed and disgusted. I have reached out to the company 3 times to no avail and that is absolutely unacceptable. I don't ever write negative reviews unless it is egregious. Not a fan. Very poorly constructed.

My only complaint is that sometimes the back doesn't quite click into place when setting it back up, but I keep it against a wall when not in use as a guest bed so that isn't an issue for me. Easy to care for upholstery and easy to put together by myself when I first got it. Love it.

I love the color!The functionality is great.The only downside is that it does not have as much cushioning as one might like.It's actually a bit hard, but again, it does the basics and looks great in doing it.
