29-08-2024I was looking a quality meat and cheese slicer that was quiet, durable and easy to clean.This unit surpassed all this criteria.This will cut meat into paper thin pieces if that's your preference.I use it for cutting up lunch meats (pork loin, beef roast, etc).Grocery deli meat savings is over 60% compared to buying deli pre-sliced meats & cheese.You can even make potato chips !Plenty of power and very quiet.Built heavy duty, so plan on this being a one time purchase for a home consumer.

29-08-2024This Slicer is very good.Its pretty heavy so it does not move when being used.I like the fact that you can change the cutting thinkness.Cleaning it is a little more of a process that I would have thought.I have never had a slicer before, but Im glad I got this one and it seems to work very well so far (I have only had it for a few weeks.)
