29-08-2024We bought both the freezer and refrigerator but are disappointed with the performance. The koolmore Freezer and Refrigerator had horrible thermal insulation and as a result is always turning on (every 10-15 minutes) to maintain its temperature.The doors and walls are cold to the touch so this tell me that there is horrible insulation.
