I'm 110lbs so I'm fairly light. I wasn't expecting much from this because I'm very familiar with the big brands like Liberator who make really dense, premium pillows like this. You really do get what you pay for. Even for me this flattened if I was too close to the edge. It would end up being maybe an inch or two thick if I scooted all the way down. If I sat back a little on it it was okay but it probably wouldn't be for anyone heavier than I am. I'd say pass on this if you're not a petite, small person. If you are petite then it might kind of work but the premium brands will be what you're looking for.

This isn't my first "triangle pillow" as I like to call them - I'm not sure the previous "triangle pillow" I owned was similarly designed/marketed for sexual purposes but it worked very well and in the same way, same angle, for that purpose. I also have chronic back pain and it helps for applying an ice pack / sitting up at an angle in bed to use a "triangle pillow."It's shocking how small the package is when this arrives; it comes condensed and then when you take it out of the box it expands to full size. Full size is not large! If you expect someone to lay on this and be supported, I'd advise you consider the breadth (width) of the person who'd use it, in light of this product's dimensions, before buying. In the pictures in the product description page, it is visible that the size is well suited to the petite dimensions of the model; however significantly larger body types may not fit as well. I find it hilarious that the product description page describes this product as being superior than inflatable type pillows for this purpose - that sounds horribly off-putting, awkward, and noisy, the idea of using an inflated pillow for the advertised purpose and yes I agree this product would be far better than any inflated type.
